We make fitness accessible and help people get the right tools, support and accountability to live a healthier life
Established in 2017 as Kanehsatake Crossfit, we’ve recently decided to shed our old identity and commit to a fresh new image.
But Kanehsatake Community Fitness is still the same KCF you’ve come to know and love.
Kanehsatake Community Fitness is co-owned by two loving individuals who have their local and extended community’s health at heart. You shouldn’t be surprised to see Julie & Matt joining in on the same classes you do, because at KCF we practice what we preach.
Situated in the Mohawk lands of Kanehsatake, the gym was opened and operates to help better the local and extended community. The health and well-being of Indigenous communities often being overlooked, Kanehsatake Community Fitness hopes to help our neighbours, indigenous or not, live longer, healthier lives.
It’s also nice added benefit that all our plans and services are tax-free.

It starts with evaluating your specific needs and level of fitness. Having starting points is vital to measuring your long term success.
3 times per week, every week of the year. You’ll have access to different types of classes to meet your specific goals and needs.
Measure the progress. What went right, what went wrong and what can we do to make sure you stay on the right track.
Health and fitness are a long-term goal. As you grow, we’ll need to reassess your needs and repeat the process.

Entrepreneurs at heart, Julie and Matt not only operate the gym but also the Fuel Bar, the healthy food counter attached to the gym. Matt is also a beekeeper and produces honey, while Julie is an artisan coffee roaster. Both of them know how to commit and succeed.
